These grade II listed stone built cottage and coach house are located in the small friendly hamlet of Melkridge, two miles outside of Haltwistle (geographically known as the centre of Britain) with easy access from the A69.

The area is surrounded by spectacular scenery and wildlife including deer, kingfisher and red kite. The historic market town of Hexham is less then 15miles away with it's majestic abbey and boasts many amenities including a theatre/cinema, leisure centre and an array of quaint tea rooms and charming shops.

Vindolanda and Housesteads Roman fort are just a few of Hadrian's Wall historic sites situated two miles away. Carlisle is 23 miles away making this an ideal base for exploring Hadrian's Wall Country and with easy access to the stunning beauty of the Lake District National Park.

The Cottage/Coach House are set in a private location behind the owner's residence with independant access and your own private off road parking and private patio area with seating and barbeque also access to the owners garden.
